I have a ,I believe it’s a 2021 model Mudhead 208r and cannot get the speed it’s suppose run. The engine Rpm’s are correct. I have replaced the belt due to the belt being worn. The converter drive pulleys have roller bearings instead of the bushing between the pulley sheaves. Viewing the pulley operation while running it engages the belt and drives the kart but it cannot close any further due to it contacting the bearings between the sheaves. Looks like the belt is too narrow. I have found that if the drive clutch has been updated to the one with the bearings in it it calls for a different belt which is longer but says nothing about the belt width. Looking for some info. Can anybody help?

It sounds like your belt is too narrow for the updated pulley with roller bearings. Check if the manufacturer specifies a wider belt for that version, and make sure it sits properly in the pulleys without binding.
