Hello I have a 2008 hamerhead 250ss go kart. And see after about 20-30 minutes of riding the engine will start to cut out and a few seconds later cut out and die. It will restart right after but if you give it gas it will cut out and die. After about an hour it will start and run normally. It has 2400 hours on it. I have the cooling fans on a switch so they run constant so I Don't think it is overheating. It has never boiled over. I have replaced the carb with and aftermarket one. I have not adjusted it at all. The spark plug looks normal when I pull it out. I also replaced that. Any ideas I want to be able to ride this beast again thanks for any help

Cdi ignition box sounds like it’s getting hot to me. It’s common on the gy6 style engines for them to go out. Especially if you’ve replaced the carburetor.
As soon as it dies see if it still has spark. If so then the carburetor is vapor locking on you. Then you can try and loosen the gas cap to check that.
