GX340 to Predator 420cc

Is there much difference in size between these two? Shaft longer on the Predator? I want to replace a gx340 with the Predator 420cc on a Brister's Chuck Wagon.

From everything I've read, it sounds like it should work. It won't have to be moved over to align clutch or anything? It's same size shaft in same location? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Both Honda and HF have the actual spec's in graphic form on their web sites in pdf form; print them both out and you can compare them side by side. It's where I would start, and then you have a hard copy at hand no matter what.
