Gx200 idle problem

I have a Honda gx200 and lately it has been taking off when I start it up. That means inhave to adjust the idle screw correct? Could anyone tell me where this screw is on the carb? Or is it on the throttle area?

if it is a recent problem your idle is probably fine, the problem is in your clutch, do you have a cent clutch, or a tc?

Centrificul clutch.

Its a little black plastic screw under the air filter housing. Its right at the top of the carb.

Should I loosen it or tighten it?

It could be that your throttle lever is'nt returning all the way. Mine did that once but I adjusted my throttle cable and now it works fine.
