hey u guys,
been thumbing through the site for a week now, so here goes:
name is drew, semi new to karting(new to owning). am 38, just got thru with 2 semesters of mach tool{I & II} 'n CNC{intro & proggramming I} at the local school, abt to go back here soon to learn me some welding, going to start off with shielded metal arc, and another class of gas metal arc, and a couple more classes.
my kart: bought a foxII frame with a second{not original) engine($350), a 6.5hp predator 212cc. slightly beat up a lil bit, tires are bald from pavement riding, but everything seems legit.
wanting to work on it(make better?) in welding classes, if they let me. i already know my old shop teacher has said to come in at my own convenience to work with their machines, and such. so that is what i will b doing. well nice to meet u all. the few i have spoke with seem very good at what they preach, and i thank each and everyone of yous. TY
