Ground up ground hog

Started a new project tonight.I am going to rebuild a BKS Ground hog. A friend of mine sold me his BKS Ground hog basket case.Most of the parts a there so its just a matter of a lot sanding ,a lot cleaning and a lot of painting.When I am done it will be in showroom condition.
Tonight started sanding the frame.I forgot to take pictures before I started. Going into work tomorrow and take some pics.I'll post pics in next few days.

The ground up ground hog was not fast enough.We added another engine to make it a ground hopper.Here are some pics before it goes out for paint.

Sure, but when did I say speed? I just liked the dual mounts.

Sidenote: RPM = speed (with gearing, tires, etc.) Extra displacement just gives you more muscle, but they don't spin any faster.

They don't go no faster but they come out of the hole strong.Lots of fun pulling donuts in the parking lot.

Almost done. New wheels came in today.

When I saw the title I was bracing myself for a spam picture of a half dead ground hog. I was very pleasantly surprised. Looks really good!
