Those welds look horrible. Grind them off and re-do them or have someone else do them.

Those welds are not good. They look like a bird flew over and crapped on it.

They are not strong and I promise you there is no penetration.

I suppose if you are the only one going to use this cart then feel free... just use it on your own property and don't endanger others.

i agree with grinch
look like ****, but theyll do just fine

I'm not trying to pick a fight but there is a difference between welding and using a glue gun.

Those are horrible "welds".

Those "welds" look like fluxcore or solid wire welds done with the wrong polarity.

I see porosity all over the "weld"

It isn't that it might break it is that it will break pretty quick.

theres no fighting going on just shareing opions
i dont see how you can say the "welds"as you put it are horrible and have no penetration from a crappy phone pic you wernt there when i welded it so you cant say there is no penetration
i can assure you they will hold

I was going to comment earlier, but you can't really see the welds that good, could you post some pics of the welds in a bit of light, because i am not convinced they will hold for long either, no offence just want to have peace of mind.

No need to call them horrible, thats arc for ya, seriously messy and splattery , but they will do just fine, compared to the welds on my frame welding by Johnny China, there way better.

Since you had to cut it, I would suggest welding a nice piece of 6mm between the joints to support it, and other general support to the swinger.

dont worry man i will be reinforcing the swing arm cos its going to have to handel more weight and power so its all good
