last time i took a home built pocket bike to a parking lot during the weekend (off hours...) a security guard came and told me and my friend to get out.
The problem is so many people file lawsuits nowadays.
Like If my house or business had a big parking lot or a few acres of land,
and I allowed someone ride their kart or minibike on it,
and they wrecked and got seriously hurt and had like a $200,000 hospital bill.
Quite a few of them would end up hiring a layer and trying to sue both me and my insurance company just because I was a nice guy and allowed them ride on my property.
But as soon as I (or that old teacher lady called the cops, or that security guard) simply said:
"you cant ride here", the owners of those properties would no longer have any liability, just simply because someone had told you guys that you cant ride there.
See what I mean?
I know it sucks, but that's just the way things are nowadays because so many people hire layers and file lawsuit's instead of taking responsibility for their own actions nowadays...
Every one is just paranoid they might get sued.
