Governor Removal Problem

if i follow these steps do you think my engine will be ok if the governor is off with no run time?

I'd definitely couldn't hurt. Just think how many kids just throw em on their kart/mini and just beat the tar out of them. They break within a week and then they wonder why. These are the folks taking advantage of their HF warranties.

I dunno, I just tend to take care of stuff that costs moniezzz.

I see above people make there own gaskets. I woud like to share a tip. I used spent riffle shells for punches. You can get them in all sizes. And they go right thru gaskets. Just make sure they are fired shells.

You can even sharpen them. I got a set in my box right now.

ok i have a new problem... How do you get the little metal clip thing off the gear? I have tried to wedge a screw driver but i cant get leverage. Any ideas??
