Don't just rejet for the sake of rejetting. Read your plug and let it tell you if you need to rejet
My first guess is that you still need to upgrade to a high flow intake and filter before you can really get any performance out of it.
Most honda gx200/predator/clones that are modified will take a gx140 emulsion tube for a more consistent fuel signal at the carb, and a jet size between #35 and #38.
Also, if you removed the governor, you will also need to have a direct throttle hook up. How did you accomplish this? There are kits for it that are about $6.
Your jet size should be around #88-#90......
I get confused with these things, but I think you need a billet con rod when 18# springs are used...
