Got off on the wrong foot!

Joined abuot two weeks ago, and to say the least I did not put my best foot forward! I would like to express my apologies to all members.
Go karting is fun and should be nothing more than that!
I have an older manco 285 that I have upgraded to a Duromax 420 with 40 series torque converter. I have been tinkering with it for a couple of years. I am fortunate enough to live on a 86 acre farm, lots of room to play.
I wish to continue as a member, and will not act a fool again.

2nd apology accepted again. We do have fun here. You are very welcome to join in on it, I always do. We just get sensitive, protective and defensive (complex maybe? hmm) when out of the blue a one time poster makes a negative comment. But please hang around.:2guns: ::::::auto:

Hey, that happens to the best of us from time to time; some time ago, I asked for advice & opinions on a bracket for a brake caliper; after taking the advice of the forum, putting said advice into action & putting the kart through it's paces, here's the result (see pic below)...

As you can see, sometimes, we're all wrong...
