After some hard looking, I got me a go cart. Manco Dingo to be exact. For those of you who read my other post, he did not in fact have a c clutch and a tc. I was going to sell the c clutch anyway. O well. $200 5 hp, needs throttle cable. Not too bad, since he was asking $300 Other than that, its ready to ride tomorrow!

I'll need to read the "how to post pics" sticky, then post some later tonight. :D :D

How do I know when the pics are done uploading?

:mad2:

Once you've found the pics you want (using Browse button) click the upload button. When they're done, the window will tell you they've been uploaded & the "manage attachments" section will list your pics

I guess it's not so much things that are wrong, but more like things that were falsely advertised:

1. Throttle cable is broken. (already knew this)
2. The guy said the tires were about 100% in back and 50% in front. I'd say about 75 50. (Sorry, I just gotta vent somewhere.)
3. Front left wheel spins crooked. (Bent rim? No idea, and I didn't notice till i got home and ran it on pavement.)
4. Right below the roll cage mount on the front there's a plate that runs to the actual "body" of the cart. It seems like one of the previous owners cracked and re-welded it with a 90* piece of cast iron. It's not a perfect job, but it works. Another thing I didn't notice when I first got it.

So I guess this was more of a way to vent than anything. This is my first major buy of anything, so I guess there's a learning curve to overcome.

You bet it was! I thought it would fit right side up if we deflated the tires, but the part that protects the chain prevented that from happening.

Get a bicycle cable kit from Walmart to use for your throttle cable. Several cables, about $5. If you need cable stops, Autozone or Advance Auto sells them in a pack.
