Well, I decided to go from 2 wheels to 4 yesterday. Traded my 01' kawasaki kx125 for a 88' suzuki lt250r. The quad is in great shape for its age. The PO maintained the s*** out of it lol. It was ahead of its time when it was built, and can keep up with many of the modern 450's. Has a new top end, but dosent run the best due to a faulty needle and seat (picking up on friday). I should have a decent video up by the end of the weekend. Luckily for me, the nearest needle, and seat it 1.5 hours north :censored: . I guess its worth. Let me know what you guys think.

looks barely ridden.

look up how much its worth..... might be able to sell it for $$$$$$$ and get a modern quad that you dont feel bad riding hard on, and have money left over.

I think I can get 1500-1750 if I sell it. I'm gonna most likely keep it and sell it when I get a truck though. Its gonna get beaten on though :D. I'm gonna do a "test run" this weekend.

Tell me about that headlight please? Looking for lights for my Ody. Ride it hard you not going to hurt it. Just take care of it and don't put it away wet.

I like the look of big fat nerf bars. Any plans for nerfs nets?? Love the wheels man. Sweeeet

Looks like you have a holeshot or bottom end pipe. Should run well on the track and trails. Would lack top end at the dunes.

Nice ride that make me want to get one. In 1988 I bought a brand new 1986 TRX250r off the show room floor. Miss that bike and fun.

I have the same radaitor from your bike that is going in my yellow ody racer.

Wow, that thing look fabulous for it's age!

Big, for great lights, take a look at Ibis Tek. They make lights for the military and are located right here in PA. I'm not sure about the voltage on them, but they really throw light.

I dont know the brand of the headlight but it works really well. It almost looks like a factory headlight because of the care the PO took to mount it.

Its just wired into the old headlights place, nothing fancy.

It does have a bottom end pipe and a DG silencer on it. Dont know the brand of the pipe, but it gives it a little extra push off the line (even though its not running right yet) . I think it also might have a set of boyesen reeds. The silencer and pipe give it a real nice sound.
I might fab up some nerf bars but I dont think im going to buy any.
If you look for a while, I bet you could find a running lt250r for about $1000.

Thanks man! Do you know where I could find a LED tail light?
