I have found the limit of the belt finally.

Will come with a new shorter belt for a 40 series driver.

I also made a custom belt cover that goes with it also.

I also have a 10 tooth sprocket, 12 tooth, and a 14 tooth sprocket. Came with the 10 tooth.

You can have the 420 chain also.

I have about 3 hours on complete setup

Needs new driver $200 shipped

Nope never measured it. And not be a butthead but I spent $500 on this and I'm not gonna just give somebody dimensions. I bet if you call go Powersports they will give you dimensions............ After you give them a credit card number.

Im not trying to produce the plates. The bolt pattern appears to be similar to 30 series plate so it might be possible for the images to be scaled. Thank you for the reply.

It's the same. The 30 is made for both big and small engines also. And without physically having the driver and driven your gonna use this plate dimension won't help. There are too many different setup sizes to get a correct measurement anyways.

If I was gonna make one I would just go to the comet chart and order the correct spacing belt and setup and lay it out on cardboard and trace around it. That's how I made the cover to fit.

Alright I will just get everything laid out like you said and go from there. I already have the driver and driven unit. I have a feeling I'm gonna have to use a different motor mount to raise the engine for frame clearance. The setup is planned to be 301cc Predator with 40 series on a Manco Magnum kart. Also gonna put 22" tires in the back. Thanks for the chart!
