Well with 15 minutes and some thinner and a cloth the engine turned out to be a Tecumseh Enduro

Can someone help the pull start borke off inside and it wont come out,

The pull start is only held on by 3 or 4 screws, should be 10mm. Take those off and get a $4 replacement rope at home depot or lowes. Real easy to replace it, if you take the old one to the store they might even replace it for you.

Now that i look at the pictures i see you pulled it off already. Anyways, it is real simple to replace, check youtube.

Yea but the tecumseh's have a wierd piviot bold like thing not a screw like on a briggs

I dont know a ton about them, but it looks almost identical to my brothers dingo.

I got the pull start. The dingo and rattler look identical.

I'm open to ideas about the paint job don't want to do just flat black.

It's a Dingo. The rattler have little hoop bar down by the pitman arm. Also quare tubing.

Should be on the bottom of the block. Thre is usually a bolt that you have to take out
