That design looks vaguely familiar, I think I've seen the plans somewhere. Looks like a pretty good start for the price. What's up with your current kart?

im looking for something that has suspension and is higher off the ground than my current kart. I have a rock quarry and probly 6 miles of trails behind my house and i would like something to ride there.

You'll need to put a bellypan in the kart you are looking to buy. It looks like it might be decent but it is so hard to tell from the pictures on what kind of job they did with welding.

Yeah i have some scrap sheetmetal that I can throw on the bottom. Would it be possible to put a gear reduction system and indepndent suspnsion on it and some bigger tires and make it a many rockcrawler? I think that would be pretty cool. I have an old Suzuki atv that I could take the suspension out of.

Yeah, now that I think about it, it would not be worth buying and then changind a bunch of stuff on it. Has anyone here built a mini rockcrawler or sand rail type vehicle?

Thats gonna be exactly like what my kart will look like soon, it is the same frame and the same engine.. After a little paint, and when i mount the new tires that i ordered. How much do you think i could get for it when its done? I have about $275ish into it right now.

With new tires and a real Honda on the kart you might, 450 is reasonable. You have the downside of the fact that it is a one seater, but if it looks amazing that may not matter.

Yeah, I bought a one seated so I can throw it into the back of my Yukon, it's very light so I can put it in by myself. I looked into 2 seaters, but they didn't seem as nimble and resonsive than the 1 seater. (the guy I bought it from had the one seater I bought and a manco streaker 2 seater, which I also tried)

As far as kart sales go, we sell a one seater to ever 20 two seaters we sell, I rarely even bother building them unless I already have a surplus of two seaters out for sale. A fancy two seater with full suspension is worth nearly 800 in my market, a one seater with the same features is worth 600.

I had no use for a two seater, so I went for the lighter, faster, kart. Just my opinion but i like my kart better than the 2 seaters
