Golf kart low profile wheels on go kart??

anyone ever used something like this on a go kart? if so post some pics i need some ideas.

AWESOME looking wheels!!!!!!!!! Looks also like youll feel EVERY pebble in the road...imo.

Never used anything of the sort. Im a "firm" believer 'kart' suspension are tires/body flex/seat cusion/@$$ cheeks... and things are 'still' bumpy, especially for those like me NOT born w/ built in shock absorbers...

i have seen no one else use them but i had planned to, they are somewhat cheap, and 4x4 bolt pattern, a decent option, they make them in more subtle designs too, like these they remind me of old school race car rims. 10 inch wheel with 205/30-10 wheels right around 18 inches tall

Hmm, 10" rim and 205mm wide tires with a wall height of 30% of the width, that'll add up to 123mm additional height for the tire;
or 4.84 inches... that's 15" wheel diameter;
May I ask where you got the 18" number from?
Or is it a 205/50 tire (205mm additional height or 8.07 inches) ?

i was thinking of 205/30-12s they are 18, the 10s are 205/50-10.

Well the ones i found are $475 and they are 12x6 4x4 bolt pattern. The tire size is 205/30-12. Ive been eying them for a while now.

Yeah but i wanted it for the looks. I have 2 projects going on. one being offroad and one being a hotrod go kart.

They are not skinny tires..... by any means...... if I'm not mistaken,I think the tire is like 8" wide or better.... wheel width is 6"? Well then the tire will be around 8"....

Yeah thats what i was thinking. 205? thats the width right? My car's wheels are 205's so its pretty wide.

I have NEVER seen a golf cart with skinny tires. My uncle's are 12+" wide o/r type with polished deep dish alum. wheels
That tire should be about 14&1/2-15" tall if my math is right,(close)....

I wanted to get a set of those big golf kart wheels at one time. I wanted to Donk a cart OUT!
There's a Camaro riding on 26's here in Louisville that I still see around; painted purple with the Skittles logo on the side (the advertising on these things are like F&F Civics on acid!). I seen tonight that there was a 3rd gen Camaro kart body on eBay...

Oh, the things I would do if I were rich!
