new design of gear shift lever, now I can have natural first down and up-up-up shifting...

added two additional support bars from sides...

also with top sophisticated tool available on market, cut tooth on sprocket..

huh, it's been a while ...

* managed to make new kick starter (on one picture I marked parts with different colors , as it is not very clear )

* brakes are completely finished, caliper in place, disc locked on axle, pump screwed to chassis, cable connecting pedal and pump adjusted.

* what is left? axle sprocket has to be fixed on axle (hub needed ) .. also I was planning to make new spindles and will add bearing on spindle bolts (if you know what I am trying to say).. still not decided wich clutch lever going to use ..

added flange bearings in it ..

some new parts arrived like air filter, cables, exhaust ..

also found used rev-counter .. need to order cable for it ...

I ordered gears for it , but forgot to order cable ..
