go karts ideas and help

hi guys im new to this

im planning to soon be building a drag kart for 1/4 mile strips and other ones and im thinking of putting a gsxr 1000 engine in it and running a 150 shot of nos

this is the type of kart i would like to build

but not sure what i would need parts wise and how to build it and where id have to get the stuff from i need as much help as possible as i dont want to mess this up and how hard and how i would run everything

So, I'm guessing you have a welder and or tubing bender if you are going to go into a huge project like this, what is your budget if any, definitely check gopowersports.com, they have a lot of the stuff that you will need for this build. Also, are you building the frame from scratch or are you buying one?

hi ive got a 6k pounds budget my dad has a friend that welds and has a tubing bender ill have a look there soon i will be buying a normal go kart frame and then extend the back of it

The GPS wont be much help, as they are in USA... long shipping times... to you..

For 6K I would buy something. This build will need a lot of skill, time, and money. If you have no experience in any of this, i would discourage you from going ahead with the project.

If yu do have experience, then have at it!!

Unfortunately we will probably not really be able to help you with where to get parts. I know the UK is pretty limited with that type of thing
