Go kart won’t move

My go kart won’t move on the ground but it looks like it’s trying to go and it moves fine when it’s in the air what should I do?

ive had a simmalar problem before, make sure the chain is lined up and how large of a sprocket is on the axel? large or small wheels? those will change the amount of power you need to move the cart, could you get it moving by pushing it then jumping in and hitting the throttle?
