where abouts?
Its like 100$ or something nuts from surplus centre. You are better off going a similar way to me and checking ebay for wheels.
I also have some 12 or 13" ride on lawnmower wheels that I will be selling that I could sell to you- just throw us an offer!
I have found that these wheels or quad wheels like suzuki lt50 wheels are the best. However you need to buy additional hubs for the lt50 wheels which makes the cost per wheel up to £35!
For the rear I have just bought 2x 19" quad wheels for £30. I am sure you could find similar or a different size in your area. The only problem is the hubs you can buy for the wheels are not kart friendly, so you are better off drilling a new bolt pattern for standard hubs or making your own custom hubs (make sure they are STRONG!)
You can also buy go kart specific wheels, but these tend to be pricy!
You can also use rear ride on lawnmower wheels.
One question- for what type of kart are these/ what terrain will you be using it on?
