Go Kart Tires Slanted?

Hey it's ya boi.

Back to my go kart that I've gotten running pretty well.

I know that I need new tires and all, but before that, I want to fix their slant, unless it's related to the flat tires.

Anyone have this problem and know how to fix it? Any help is appreciated.

P.S: Exams suck.

Well either the frames bent or bearings are junk, also why replace them? They look fine from the picture unless they are dry rotting

I'm guessing the bearings are junk. And yes the tires are dry rotting.

Yup. Spindles or frame. I would replace bearings while you at it too, just in case they are the problem
