You ganna do a single A-arm desighn or double A- arm desighn?

Im putting a double A-arm desighn on my murray explorer frame right now.

I ant sure on how thick of stuff to use but use your own judgement, if you dont think it will work, it wont.

1/4 should be plenty thick enough to use though and i agree with r97, use plenty of bracing.

Ill get some tumarow if i can find out how to get em on here, ill have to do some reading.

If your doing a single arm, why dont you just make a I-beam style arm, i think it might be a little easier but i ant for sure.

You could always cut it off later and do the double if you want to.

Mine came from a 350 warrior front suspensoin, im makin all the mounts and stuff like that.

ALL my mounts are made from bed frame rail and square tubing. but it is ganna be braced good.

I will try my best to get some pictures tumarow, its dark here.

Eithier of them is a good idea, I personally like your a-frame desighn because it looks stoughter.

What kind of cart are you planning of putting it on?

I have what we call a rod anchor that looks like that universal mounting bracket.

But what we have is 1-3/8 x 3/4 x 3/8 thick
(.375") with a 1/4 inch hole.

They are part # 8176 and sell for $0.70ea.

If you are interested, PM me.

Ya, I'm sorry but this guy looks kinda shady. He came outta no where and now posts everywhere that he has parts. I'm skeptical but could be wrong.

I got a question

Im trying to upload some pictures of my Kart and i get to were it says its uploading them, then it just says internet explorer can not display this page.

Anybody got any suggestions?

there jpeg and only 1.58mb each.

All i have is dail up. Could that effect anything?

But them dirt devils look like there easily built. It would be easy to do them a-arms or they look pretty simple to do.

Have you already built the frame of your kart? If so can you get a picture of the front of it?
