Stripped all the paint on my racing kart... Today I did paint and it turned out flawless after some minor fixes. Started the process of going through every single part and cleaning, polishing, rebuilding each. I should be finished this weekend. Here are the pics!

I had absolutely no time to take pics today of the kart but i got it done and I am VERY satisfied with the results. I rebuilt the brakes last night and me and my father went out today and bought some metal brake line. Of course it is not meant for karts but I bended it to the shape of the frame and created a cheap, yet strong line! I will post pics tonight after I get home from the track!!!:wai::auto::thumbsup:

sorry for the delay, but I snapped some pics of the kart and my new brake setup. The old brakes will be installed into my other kart somehow.

I cleaned the floorboard up and put a summit racing sticker on there. Its not a summit floorboard in case anyone is wondering.

I am rebuilding a peddle kart, but this time adding a motor and extending the frame (it was quite small). However, the kart lacks any space to add an engine. My plan is to construct a platform that would then be welded to the end of the kart so that the engine can be fixed on. Anybody have any better solutions ?
