Needing assistance with a Rear Axle Sprocket for a 1 1/4" axle on my Go Kart/Shifter Kart. The sprocket needs to be #428 chain with 20-28 teeth. Preferably with a 1/4" keyway on a 1 1/4" bore such as a Type B sprocket. The sprocket will connect to a QS138 70H V3 14 tooth motor sprocket. Currently have a 26tooth from Azura that doesn't clear my hub, but works with washers.
Ideally the sprocket would be a #1 (see link below) but I've been told it isn't possible. My current setup is #2 (see description with link), and #3 with washers in between to allow clearance for the chain. Custom made like sendcutsend could work, however I haven't explored that option yet. #4 with the correct sprocket could work too but I haven't found the bolt circle diameter of it or any related sprocket. Hoping maybe someone knows something. Thank you

Sprocket Hub for 1-1/4" Axles (G1)
Zinc plated steel sprocket hub. 1-1/4" ID bore. 1/4" keyway. Four 3/8" ID holes with 2.875″ bolt circle diameter and four 1/4" ID holes with 3.228″ bolt circle diameter. 4" outside diameter. 3/4" overall width. Two setscrews (setscrews included).
