Your clutch appears to be a 1"-bore Noram 1600 model, you can instal those clutches with the drive gear inboard or outboard. (they only cost around $150 new...)

The Noram Enforcer model cost much more and is an outboard-only design.

rating I don't know, However in it's Past life it was running with a super modified 390 on a Mini Cup car at 120 MPH. It may need new springs for a stock engine. $100.00 plus shipping. I found a 77' Trans Am so I am selling the Kart and all valuable parts.
