the second level mount is for a jackshaft (that holds the second half of the Torque Converter it had installed and a sprocket to drive the chain (that then drives the axle sprocket)
So while putting it back together, keep in mind to NOT align the axle sprocket with the motor mounting plate, but with the inside edge of the jackashaft mounting plate
cables are easy, since it's likely the most generic part of them all..
just measure the length of the actual cable, and the length of the sleeve needed,
then have it cut at your local mower/motorcycle/bike store...
motorcycle clutch cable is a bit thicker than bicycle brake cable, so that might be a better match.
Oh ends.. forks or eyelets depends on the pedal and brake
(band brakes usually got eyelets on the back, disc brakes forks)
and the pedal can be either as well.
BUT on your picture you have a brake rod installed... sooo reuse that !
(that leaves you with the throttle cable to install)
same rules.. check what end fits your needs and then just measure the length needed.
You'll find prefabbed throttle cables in any kartshop or online store.. a rough estimate of the length is alright a bit of slack doesn't hurt too much
