A few years ago, I was given the go kart shown here:

But the engine, driveshaft, and rear axle were rusted, possible due to being in a flood. At that time, I didn't know about this forum. Is it possible to get the go kart fixed?

I have used sand paper in the past depending on how bad it is and if it is just surface rust u might be able to smooth it back down

This go-kart uses driveshaft and bevel gears instead of chains and sprockets. I searched for new parts and I think that it's possible to buy new ones. It looks like there's no differential.
