Swap the engine sprocket for a 10T and see where that takes you. Assuming you don't have huge tires.

Be better to go bigger on the rear, smaller than 10 tooth up front starts to get hard on the chain, plus the sprockets themselves wear out much quicker. To get the best help possible let us know what kind of clutch you have and what's the weight of the kart (with driver/passenger), also is the kart rolling freely?

In other words your gear ratio is less then ideal and you're burning up the clutch to get it moving from a standstill

How can I fix that please?!

Then swapping the engine sprocket to a 10T might not be enough, but you can give it a try. You may need to swap both to get a better gearing, or maybe find a 9T engine sprocket.

Swap sprocket and tires? 9 t sprocket and what size tires?

There’s no brand on the clutch, bought it on eBay,the kart does move freely and I think about 350 lbs

Can you send a link to the clutch? To fix the gear ratio you're best bet is to get a larger sprocket for the rear or build a jackshaft, I'm going to let someone else with more experience pipe in but you should list as much info as you can and add some pictures of the cart, of the motor/clutch and one of the rear axle.

Post pictures so we can help you. Sounds like you need a 10t clutch and at least 60t axle sprocket, leave the tires alone and gear it down with the sprockets, my streaker is that sprocket combo on 15" tall tires and it's got torque and speed.

I see the issue, with the 1" shaft on the gx160 a 14t clutch is the only option for a clutch. You might consider a 40 series t/c, or run a jackshaft, either way you are going to want a bigger axle sprocket. I believe my big block has a 14t clutch to a 12t sprocket on the one side of the jackshaft, a 9t on the output side to a 54t axle sprocket, it still isn't as torquey as I'd like but doesn't burn up clutches.
