The bearings in those wheels (if you want to call them bearings) are chinese & since when do the chinese engineer & manufacture anything that lasts...
Can you carefully pop one of the bearings out & post a pic of the hub please?
If the hub is simply pressed sheet metal, they're rubbish; if the tube has a thick wall (more than 1/8") they might be ok, then simply replace the chinese bearings with decent japanese ones...
