Go Kart burning bearings like crazy

I am getting bearings similar to these


Thing is We can't get more than about 20 minutes of riding without one going out.

Can someone help me find some solution to this?

I have gone to all my local hardware stores and cleaned them out.
I have spent anywhere from $2.50ea$16.00ea

Any advise is appreciated

Something is very wrong here.

Let's see your kart, your wheels, bearings and/or hub area.
Show us the burnt out ones too.

I agree... Let see what were dealing with...
Live or dead axle??

Are they pressed steel outer race or a precision machined bearing??

My guess is that you're mission g a spacer between the bearings.

I have having the same problem on the murray kart. But I think hole for the bearing is wore out from a couple axle breaks.

Most times I have found that bearings wear out like lightning if they're too tight.

Where are the said bearings? Are the axle, wheel, Jack shaft?

What conditions is the kart being used? Mud, sand, gravel, grass, road?.
