Any idea on how I might increase the travel of my brake pedal, it’s sort a fast deploying brake and the pedal doesn’t move very far, any ideas for how to increase the travel so it can ease into stops better? It is a GPS Trailmaster 80T Hydraulic Brake
Sorry, can’t believe I forgot to mention there is almost no way I can make the pedal longer as the brake master cylinder depresser that runs to the pedal isn’t long enough, The hydraulic line is almost taught with how long the go kart is from axle to pedals.
Yes, that’s the issue, I can’t bring the plunger up more, the cable is stretched to its limit. I’ll send some pictures when I get a chance, maybe I can back the pedal up a bit.
