We are about half-way done filming 3 episode trailers. The rain we had in April/May put us considerably behind schedule. As a result, we have to cut the Bullitt episode for now. Not being able to keep the original schedule, I lost some staff, crew and cast. There were also a few incidents that briefly turned this action/adventure into a drama:-/
The good news…I have not given up! I am still filming, running the camera myself. ..my equipment is not as quality as the former crew’s was but I am getting great shots, actually better shots and it goes faster because it’s easier for me to do it myself than explain what I want (some director huh?)
I have rough edited what we have together and it looks pretty good! As we move ahead, scene by scene and I can schedule it with what actors I have left (most of them), I will fill in the gaps until we have enough to tell the story. Still looking at a fall release for the 3 episodes…maybe one a month…September, October, November, heavily pushing merchandise sales in time for Christmas

to fund or at least prove the business model for the real series.
More has gone right with this project than wrong and I have met and worked with some really interesting and talented people. I have accomplished some AMAZING things and had some great bucket list worthy experiences like building 10 or so go-karts in just over a year, witnessing my lines acted out before me, seeing the 20+ year imaginations become real locations, crashing barricades, using real construction sites, shutting down city streets for a real car chase with my childhood star car heroes…it just goes on and on.…if only I wasn’t so busy I could enjoy them more.
Thank you all for following along. You keep me encouraged!!
