along the same subject, there was actually a scientific study made about bovine flatulence creating methane which increased the global warming. That's right: a study on cow farts. The result? Yup, they did. The solution? They weren't paid to figure out a solution, just to do the study and find out if it was true or not.

You are 110% correct there dude, there a point where yes pollution is bad but global warming is pushed to the point where up here in Canada, they think the tar sands should be shut down? give me an effing break! you would screw us canadians over and the rest of the world because we are one of the number one suppliers for oil!

Even if global warming is real and can mess up the earth, we will never be able to destroy the planet. The, "save the planet!" crowd has it all wrong, they don't want to save the planet, they want to save mankind from extinction. We could nuke earth into a big piece of glass and a few million years later, life will pop up again.

It was gonna happen either way. We might have helped, i dont really care. I'll be dead by the time anything gets really ****ed up. I do however thing its real, its been in the 80s, in vt for the last week, when its normally low 40s with snow at this time

well you see, i think its different because where i live there is only a pick up passing once a week and thats a busy road. Its just something that i would like to see in real life as every car around me is a straight 4, never actually seen a v8 in real life.

its a love for diesel. I dont want to start a war with anyone but i guess its just the way i am. Here in Ireland they are trying to eliminate diesel and petrol/gas by forcing us all to buy electric, its planned for the next few years, so i hope someone can understand what im getting at.
Diesels are great, when the person driving/modding them isn't an idiot. My stepdad's K2500 with the 6.5 Detroit Diesel and 5speed is fun to drive, and it's stock. A little smoke upon hard acceleration/take off is perfectly normal from a diesel, but the constant huge black clouds just get old (trust me, my school is full of hicks who think it is awesome).
