Got the t/c on belt seems little loose can you tighter it? Also there's nothing on the chain just 2a sprockets and chain. Is there a guide or something?

Agreed. Now- the CVT belt is supposed to be loose with engine off or at idle, that's how it works. Worry only if you have a drive problem. I do not understand your chain question.

As long as the chain is tight enough, there is no need for a chain tensioner or guide.

got the kart together today! Trying to post pics won't let me.

Well got the kart together today. I decided to use spray on bed liner instead of paint. Looks awesome. I do have a question. It has a comet clutch I believe a comet 30 in fact. Does the spacer go on the shaft first? Not sure how it goes together it was in pieces when I got it. Also how can I post pics from my phone? Dying to show you guys!

ive tried to post pics with my phone you cant. you have to put them on a computer first then upload to the site. unless you get tapatalk for a smartphone. i believe you can upload pictures with that app

Almost there! I have 8" disk but no caliper. Any ideas on a cheap caliper that would work on muddy explorer model 60503x92?

if you want good stoping power buy some hydrolic ones from a motercycle but if you want some cheap ones you can get ones from bmi karts or ebay
