Well, my minibike started out as a cheap jap brand 50cc minibike, i blew the old 50cc and replaced it with a modded briggs 5 hp.The chain always fell off this thing,no matter what i would do,SO i finally got sick of that rear wheel setup and started this today :arf:

I widened and lengthened the swing arm,and am now trying to make an adapter for the sprocket.Im guessing this thing will go at LEAST 40 lol.
The engine was off my first go cart so its kinda special :bannana:
Heres what it looked like stock(i never saw it like this,i bought it off a kid who took it apart and couldnt put it back together)

Made an adapter and an axle, right now its all together, needs a little fine tuning, the frame broke and when i was welding it it started on fire so i dumped water on it and now i have a big puddle in my garage.im gunna take a break for a while lol.

Well,i didnt really blow it,i destroyed it :arf:
First, i stripped the spark plug hole,i took off the cyl and tried to replace it with another cyl/head i had extra, but broke a ring,i was to lazy to buy new rings, so i put it back on with 1 full ring and 1 broken in 2 places, the broken ring came off and chewed up the piston real bad and wrecked the cyl, i really didnt want to waste my cash on a new topend even though there like 25 bucks i hate these cheap little jap engines so i just replaced it with my 5hp briggs i had sittin around.

Too funny! A friend has a pair of those and he wants me to put the Blur Terror on them. The first thing I told him was that the rear wheel(s) had to go. I'm going to try and mount a rear wheel from a DoodleBug minibike on his. (The gas tank has to come off for it to fit the frame, too.) I get to keep the little 2-stroke, but I haven't the slightest on what to do with it. At least it doesn't take up much room. Good luck on your project.

Yeah those rear wheels really suck its the crappiest setup ive ever seen. Those little 2 strokes are better for smaller, lighter stuff like a scooter, imo better for small children, not much power.I did add on a custom "boost bottle" once and that did seem to help.
