I finally have my cart together and have driven a few times. I'm pretty happy with but started to look at gearing lately. I only have a little over a 1/2 acre to drive on so I want this thing to accelerate a little better as there is just not enough room to really get going. Below is my setup, just wondering best route for better acceleration.
212 predator (filter, jet, exhaust).
60t axle sprocket and 10t jackshaft sprocket. 18x9.5x8 tires.
Gearing doesn't seem to bad, would smaller tires make the same difference as sprocket swaps?

Yep, smaller tires or a bigger rear gear (or smaller jackshaft gear) will essentially do the same thing. Either way, you are increasing you acceleration and lowering your top speed.
Smaller tires means less ground clearance. If using #41 sprockets, finding one with more than 60T is more expensive than those with 60T or less. If switching JS sprockets, the smaller ones may wear down faster.

I'm guessing you are using a Torque Converter and that is the jackshaft you mentioned. Otherwise there would be more than two sprockets, right?

I'm guessing you have the #41 10T sprocket that came with the TC kit.

I would try an 8T JS sprocket.

Besides DIYGK stickers, it is the easiest and cheapest way to get more torque. They cost around $15. I've made lots of assumptions so I won't post a link
