what can i do to get more speed this thing only gos about 10mph what am i doing wrong. i have a 3.7in on the clutch an 6.5 on the rear end

What am I looking at? Lawn tractor parts?

Are you able to determine the reduction ratio in the gearbox? That will help a lot. Meantime, bigger pulley on the clutch, and/ or smaller on the axle.

im not for sure the rear end came out of a golf kart

That's your problem. Golf carts have huge reductions and the axles are really heavy.

If you installed a 3" pulley on the rear end it should end up a little over twice as fast.
