Gear Ratio for Big Tires

Im building up a yerfdog 3202. No engine, back shocks, or axle so im gathering parts now. i have a 13hp predator engine and im getting a 40 series torque convert to transfer the power. Im planning on a jack shaft setup to power the axle from there.

The problem is i have massive 25in tires that came with it that i would like to turn pretty quick. What gear ratio do you guys think? I was thinking 10t on the jack shaft to a 60t on the axle. Is that to high? I want to go fast but i also need to climb some steep hills and go through mud. Any suggestions on a middle ground?

I would probably go with a better ratio if you want them to turn fast off the jump. Imo I'd say go for an 80 axle.
