gear ratio and tires size???

this is my first post so bear with me here......i have an old homemade go cart i got from a friends dad so i know its from the 60s but anyway i have 14" tall tires, a 12 tooth clutch and a 76 tooth sprocket. is this good??? carts is kinda heavy but not bad maybe 20pounds heavier than my buddys tractor supply cart with a 5 hp brigs. if anyone can help that would be awsome. the attached pic is the before and after.

Should be fine, as long as your engine has the Torque to pull it. That's a low gear, should work well.

Have you test-driven the kart yet? Nice paintjob BTW. Blue and Gold looks sweet.

ive done a few test and tunes. its only been out of my buddys garage for a week and a half. on top end im getting 26mph according to my gps . the back axle is a little wierd because its a right wheel drive. think i should move motor closer or change to a left wheel drive

thanx i accually just got done redoin the whole rear end changing it over to a one wheel drive with 2 13/16 spacing wheels ,a 60t sprocket ,and new brake drum
