Where would one newbie like myself find speed/gas gauges to go onto a gokart? Idk what type of kart im getting yet, but i assume these parts are rather universal?

for speed, id get a mountain bike speedometer because they are so easy to set up.

for gas, you might need a gas tank that has a sensor built in, could be $$$$

Okay, I suppose gas was kinda of a joke right? Lol. I'm new at this, after I posted I said Crap, You have to be really stupid to need to know when your gas is almost low... Learn the run time, and you'll never get stuck out 10 miles away from your house :D

And another question so I don't have to spam the forums up more than I have to.
is It best to get a 2x seater kart? or make your friends get their own? :D no. But is it easier to start with a brand new cheap kart from the internet, or go with an old one say. someone sold to you? Because I want a 2x seater, But the guy a few blocks from me is selling a single for 80$s that needs a new front axle and tires maybe a new seat? paint job and removing of some rust spots where the paint came off.

most gas tanks on karts are transparent so you can just take a peek and see how much gas you've got

^^^ Assuming you have a separate tank, not a metal tank on a horiz. shaft motor
