depends how much work you wanna do. vs how much money you wanna spend

they charge about 80 bux to remove governor drill jet install parts basically they can/will do everything xcept bolt the motor in your cart..

stoutracing is a good splace for clones as well..

there are MANY choices

well, I want to spend less money than I Have to, because I like doing my own work. But, i want to be able to find a clone for about 100$ so that I can pour another 100 into it

thats about all I would spend as well.. 100 for motor and 100 for parts

air filter and adapter = 25bux
header and muffler = 28bux
18lb springs = 10-12bux
cam = 50 bux
drill jet FREE
advance timing (file keyway .006" equals 1degree advance) FREE

keep RPMS under 6000 and you wont "need" rod and flywheel

I have done MOST of these mods to mine.. do a little at a time so you can see/feel what makes the biggest change

you need to run against the clock or a buddy to judge the improvement though becasue they will be subtle

so then, your building a race cart? or just a fun cart?
because if its a for fun only, you might be better off going to the local junk yard and finding an old lawn tractor or snowmobile. (or jetski, if you dont have snow there)
