Can't call it an exhaust til it runs!
I got exhaust gasket gunk.
Need to trim it up.

I'll run with my modded air box and diy exhaust to keep the Cheap.0 theme alive!!

Remember the cool looking Conduit "sweeps" you had before. they make all that stuff in threaded "rigid" conduit, smooth couplings to.
No Offense you asked... but I think it looks like a drunken Plumber did it.

Wait I see that IS what you had. Just get another coupler and a 45°.
I like the conduit fittings better than the gas pipe fittings.

I don't really care too much bout looks.
I want to see how it works.

I like the adjustability.
I can make it a two stage and go up to 1 pipe/conduit.

I'm with him ^^^. The artistry of the sweeping exhaust pipe is gone. :(

Have you considered flexible gooseneck tubing? They make it for electrical conduit as well as exhaust...

What I tried to find was a smooth looking Rigid conduit 45 elbow (close coupler female threaded).
I couldn't find the longer 45 bends in the store.

I'm not positive the length of the long curved 45 would be correct.

I suppose I could cut and thread, but no die (I don't think)

US Postal Service Sunday Delivery is the single greatest achievement by any Postal Service in my life time.

Somebody could get Dominos on the Moon and if it wasn't Sunday, no big deal!

Yesterday I got the full (too long exhaust).
The air filter/adapter.
A new, but same $8 tach.
Head gasket.
Side cover gasket.

Waiting on the male threaded exhaust flange, but I will try the Plumbers special and modded air box first.

You could piece together fittings to get the general length and shape you wanted, and then see if an electrical contractor could bend one out of a single piece of RMC or IMC.

This is how to fit a 22" long under the seat exhaust on a Tec Power Sport OHH50 powered TS500 mini bike.

Like a glove!!!

Want a pipe clamp/ strap to support it under the seat/above the fender.

HomeStore

Plug $6
Air Filter is $14

Going to use gasket maker and I hate taking stuff off.

So skipping the modded air box for meow.
Don't want to use the one I drenched in oil on day 1.
Don't want to spend $14 on a test.
