Hi Bob,
It looks like I have the right core for you. I have a few unground factory blanks from Tecumseh. Mine measures 3.805" long (the ends could be shortened if necessary) and the bearing journals measure .493". I would need to check the centerlines on your plastic cam since my blank has unground lobes. Let me know if you still want to proceed.

Well trying to keep busy without spending money.
I cannot afford the new camshaft for this yet.
I did port the intake manifold.
There were some lips and ridges and I took care of it.
When I find the plastic cam, I will reassemble with no governor and the plastic cam and call it done for a while.
