OH..WARNING..BRAGGING MOM HERE...My 10 year old made a deal with a guy online to trade his Kindle Fire (which he had earned for winning a spelling be) for TWO go karts..on more complete than the other. Making the deal himself has made him ohh so much more proud of the whole thing too!!
Last I posted, I had allot of questions about the clutch assembly and such. We figuired that out, and just got the new clutch and chain in the other day. We also designed a seat and secured it to the kart for my 10 year old. I sis not know it, but my husband surprised me and orders a new carburetor for it so we didnt have to try to work so hard with the old one. Next..I believe is figuring a way to secure the gas tank to the kart..and setting up the lines there. The gas pedal and brakes were already on it when we got it. I dont really like the brakes that were on it, because it can ruin the tire quickly....any quick alternative suggestions?
