full suspension steering set up

hey anyone that can help me, then help me. ok i have the a arms made and mounted with custom hinges now all i need are the steering compnents. im thinking about making a kingpin design but im not sure if thats the best/strongest way to go. the rims i have are 8" rims that are 3inches deep to the hub. and the material i have to work with on the a arm is 3". i need somethingthat will turn sharp, have pivots and not hit the wheel at any point. any help would be great

you can play with it or put bearings on it. but you have to make sure you don't have too much bumpsteer or the tie rods will break. The best way to go, if you have the money is to buy a rack and pinion set up it is quick and eliminates all bump steer. http://www.ubuilditplans.com/NEWUBUILDIT2.HTML#Rack

What kind of suspension system are you using in the back

ya i have the stuff for the steering, i just need the hub/king pin assembly. im using a swingarm design in the back, just like mono links on 4 wheelers, one shock. independant arms in the front. but if some one has a write up on the front hub set up, i would like to have that
