Welcome to the forum. The reason your swing arm isn't working is because it is mounted too close to the pivot point. Especially the lower end. They need to attach to the frame at or behind the rear axle.

Forgot to insert the word shock absorbers. They need to be at or behind the rear axle. You actually should fabricate an upper cradle for the tops to mount to a little farther back. Next this is just my opinion. But I own four two seat off road karts. All are older tired out one's that I have rejuvenated for my Grandchildren, but none the less are factory welded tube steel frames. That you constructed a kart out of uni- strut and it is completely bolted together ( stainless or not ) I would recommend that you keep it on smooth pavement.
I was also going to advise you not to go very fast for the safety of you and your passengers, but I read you have a 440 cc engine. I hope that I am wrong in my thoughts about the longevity of your project.

Welcome! Pancho is right unfortunately. You really need to learn to weld and make a proper and safe frame. We don’t mean to criticize but to advise. What you have built is unsafe unfortunately. The good news is we can help you build something safe and fun if you’re willing to take our advise.
