the ones i have seen use i want to say 20" wheels, but will carry 15 riders? they are normally done in a round configuration

This is more what I was picturing:

If you can move something like that w/ pedal power, then something a fraction of the size should be as big a deal. I mean, just look at those things, they are monsters! haha
