Front tire brakes

Im not even sure if i have ever seen a front brake on a go kart but i want it for spinning the tires. I would have to use a whole new hub and spindles. If the job is under 250$ im up for it. I don't want some red neck brakes either lol. I have had plenty of them in my day and very unreliable.

EDIT:Found same topic in another thread....should of used search.....

get some hydrolik discbrakes and make a braket where the caliper and the rotor are not atatched to anything but the spindal

umm...if the disc brake was attached to the spindle how would that stop it unless you had a live axel? it would have to be attached to the hub some how.

sorry thats what i ment
the rotor is atatched to the hub
the caliper has a braket so its either atatched to the hub or the spindal

ya i was looking around and they have kits for them but they are salty. easier done would be to probably use 4 wheeler hubs and brake
