Front end wobble

I know there has been a few threads regarding front end wobble. I read most of them and I checked and everything seems tight. Ant tighter and things would start binding up. My problem is that the front end wobbles on pavement when I let off the throttle. Under power the front seems OK. On grass, who knows, I can't tell. But as soon as I let off the gas the front starts shaking. Any thoughts? Thanks
